They were nominated for their excellent collaboration on solutions that were key to growing the business with various Technology Partners of Ergonomic Solutions.

Year on year revenue growth is an achievement, but the real success has been the determination shown by this team to exceed various customer’s expectations.

David worked closely with Product Development to meet their requirements for branded tablet solutions and making our resources available to them and facilitating their route to market meant that David was well-positioned to advise a new group of stakeholders. Meeting their custom requirements involved new relationships and processes, including onboarding a new tooling manufacturer, where David was very ably supported by Constantin.

Torben was quick to immerse himself in this project and sought to strike a balance between commercial and technical priorities in order to manage the expectations of what is now one of Europe’s most valuable financial technology businesses. This included being on site with the tooling manufacturer to improve lead times and personally flying with prototypes from our factory to deliver at their HQ.

What the above particularly highlights is the successful cooperation between different parts of the organisation and this is what makes us strong.
